“Place conspires with the artist. We are surrounded by our own story, we live and move in it. It is through place that we put out roots.” - Eudora Welty
Things seldom seen anymore, painted signs and what appears to be a doorway with a transom window. Nice find Edd.
ReplyDeleteThanks Robert. For some reason, this building did not impress me too much at first, I made only this one exposure and that just because of the painted signs. But after I got home, the picture grew on me, and I decided to use it.
ReplyDeleteHave to confess that I did not even notice the transom, but you are right--such details are not seen too much any more.
