“Place conspires with the artist. We are surrounded by our own story, we live and move in it. It is through place that we put out roots.” - Eudora Welty
The boys and I bought that tree for Tim...out of the three (of that kind) that we have on the property, this one is the only one that is still thriving. For about a week in the spring, it blooms beautiful pink blossoms. Definitely one of my favorite :)
ReplyDeleteI am suprised that you could recognize the tree from such a close picture. I liked the way the red stood out against the green background, and how the rain brought out the colors.
