A recent post on The Online Photographer is attracting a lot of attention around the web. Mike Johnston's "Letter to George" is a clever satire, but if you have ever been caught up in shopping for camera equipment, Mike's letter to the fictional George may hit pretty close to home.
✎ Find a place
US-Geographic.com is a searchable database of places throughout the United States. Broken down by state and county, it lists famous places, not so famous places and places that you probably have never heard of. Browsing through the place names listed for the county where I live, I discovered several places of interest that I did not know about. A map and location details are provided.
