    From the parallel track with its out of shape rails to what appears like diesel smoke at the front of the train, this picture is exceptional.

    Thanks Robert. This is a conversion from a color file. The diesel smoke shows up really well in the color original, but I wasn't able to retain it very well in the B&W. Always trade-offs, I guess.

    Really enjoying your railroad work Edd. Hope you've got lots more.Myself I would love to live by the rails up in the Fraser Canyon so I could enjoy both the CN. and the CP. If you Google map Keefers B.C. you can see the general area and when the shot was taken there's a couple of long freights on the line both north and south of Keefers.

    Thanks cj. I would love to have the opportunity to photgraph trains out west, US or Canada, but I guess there is enough going on in the east to keep me busy. Maybe one of these days.
