  1. From the parallel track with its out of shape rails to what appears like diesel smoke at the front of the train, this picture is exceptional.

  2. Thanks Robert. This is a conversion from a color file. The diesel smoke shows up really well in the color original, but I wasn't able to retain it very well in the B&W. Always trade-offs, I guess.

  3. Really enjoying your railroad work Edd. Hope you've got lots more.Myself I would love to live by the rails up in the Fraser Canyon so I could enjoy both the CN. and the CP. If you Google map Keefers B.C. you can see the general area and when the shot was taken there's a couple of long freights on the line both north and south of Keefers.

  4. Thanks cj. I would love to have the opportunity to photgraph trains out west, US or Canada, but I guess there is enough going on in the east to keep me busy. Maybe one of these days.
